What if my piece is damaged when I receive it?

I take care to pack each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition, however, occasionally a piece may be damaged during shipment. If a breakage occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Claims received more than 5 days after delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement. I will evaluate each case individually and try to work with you toward the best possible solution.

Do you take custom/commissioned orders?

If you are looking for something and don’t see it listed here, please reach out to me. Depending on my schedule and work load, I may or may not take on custom orders but I would love to hear from you to see if we can work together!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are considered final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I will always try to work with my customers to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

How long until my order ships?

All of my pieces are complete and ready to ship. Once purchased, your item will ship within 1-2 business days from purchase.

Why didn’t I pay sales tax?

My prices include sales tax so you will not see it as a separate line item during checkout.
